Divorce papers have been filed in the latest Hollywood casualty, according to some reports.  The two year marriage between Selma Blair, star of some films I hated and Ahmet Zappa, a musician and writer and more notably the son of the late Frank Zappa.

The two had no kids.  Selma is 34, not sure how old Ahmet is.  How sad, these poor Hollywood kids should just never get married.  Will they just keep getting married and never learn?

A photographer was arrested after he hid out in some bushes outside a preschool attended by Angelina Jolie’s son Maddox.  What was the charge?  Trespassing.  The 25 year old named Clint Brewer will probably have to pay a $1,000 fine for trespassing.  What a dummie.

The ever so annoying and self riteous Star Jones has confirmed that she will be quitting the popular daytime talk show “The View” after almost nine years on the show. Star started off her career as an attorney (surprise surprise), and is set to leave the show this July, although she is not sure what she wants to do after her run on the popular show.

Marcia Cross, who plays repressed Bree Van De Kamp on the hit TV show Desperate Housewives, married stockbroker Tom Mahoney on Saturday in an Episcopal church in California.  Seven kids were flower girls, and Marcia had one of her sisters sing at the ceremony and the other sister served as maid of honor. 

It is the first marriage for both of them.  Marcia is 44 years old and Mahoney is 48.  Who says it’s ever too late to find true love, huh?  Marcia actually had a previous long term relationship with actor Richard Jordan until he died in 1993.  Mahoney popped the question to Marcia after they’d been dating just eight months!  So, good for Marsha, I’m glad she’s found happiness at last!

Fellow Aussies who were born overseas, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, wed on Saturday in Syndey Australia.  For the 39 year old Kidman this is her second marriage (who could forget her first to now loony Tom Cruise), and it’s the first marriage for country crooner Keith Urban, 38.  It was said to be a traditional Catholic wedding, in a smalle church at the top of a cliff. 

Kidman arrived in a caravan of cream colored Rolls Royces, in full veil.  Urban arrived in a more modest AWD blue SUV.  Urban reportedly serenaded the redhead during the ceremony. 

Notable stars in attendance at the small, less than 250 person wedding were best friend Naomi Watts (recently rumored to be engaged to Leiv Schreiber), Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman and Baz Luhrman. 

American Idol hopeful, and in my opinion, a very beautiful girl, recently admitted publicly to struggling for five years with the binge and purge eating disorder of bulimia.  She says that she used food as a crutch, and would often throw up (purge) up to seven times a day after binging on foods then feeling guilty, the m.o. for bulimic people.

Catherine further went on to explain that the throwing up for five years (since she was 17 years old) has wreaked havoc on her vocal cords, since when you throw up, there is acid coming up the wrong way through your throat.  She has seeked out treatment and is currently battling this tough disease.  Go Catherine! 

Michael Douglas recently shaved his thick beard he had been growing for a while, and his plastic surgery is reportedly as apparent as ever. The accomplished actor and hubbie of Catherine Zeta Jones, twentysomething years his junior, looks as if he had a partial facelift.

I haven’t seen this movie yet, with Jack Black and directed by the same guy who directed “Napoleon Dynamite” Jared Hess, one of my favorite dopy movies of all time, but the buzz so far is that if you liked “Napoleon” you will like “Nacho”. When I saw the previews, although the dialogue in itself wasn’t all that funny, just the mere sight of the out of shape Jack Black in leotards made me laugh, and the sheer ridiculousness of his hispanic accent.

Reportedly in a bid to get his now famous daugther Nicole Richie to put some weight on her tiny frame, Lionel has promised Nicole a full yacht cruise for her and buddies, on him, if she puts on some weight. The Simple Life star dropped an alarming number of pounds very quickly soon after her and Paris’ friendship fell apart, leading many to speculate that she had started her drug habit again.

Angelina Jolie is scheduled to talk to Anderson Cooper in a two hour interview with the movie star and philanthropist tonight at 10:00. Angelina is expected to talk about everything, from Brad and the kids to their plans to adopt more, and the refugee situations that Angelina has involved herself with.
